WHAT THIS IS
The Inner Atelier is a private, eight-session journey combining a comprehensive Kabbalistic astrology reading with six sessions of depth coaching, designed around you.
This isn’t a course you take. It’s a personal exploration of your chart, your patterns, and what becomes possible once insight is put into practice.
Eight sessions. Two guides. One journey built around you.
We begin with your chart—not because we believe a chart determines who you are, but because it can offer an extraordinary map of the you.
From there, we enter the material world.
What landed? What surprised you? What did you immediately recognize…and what did you want to reject?
We trace the patterns. We get curious about the shadow. We look for the places where awareness creates choice. And slowly, insight begins making its way into the places where life is actually lived: work, love, identity, boundaries, decisions.
Then, at the end, we return to the chart.
Same chart. Different eyes.
Reading → Pattern → Shadow → Choice → Integration → Becoming → Return.

LAUREN FLAMER
Depth Coach & Facilitator
Lauren brings two decades of leadership in executive education and entrepreneurship, including roles at Harvard Business School, Harvard University, Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, Georgia Tech’s VentureLab, and Wharton Executive Education.
She has coached founders, executives, and entrepreneurs across global institutions and has advised and taught CEOs and CFOs from Dubai to London to Silicon Valley, helping leaders build the self-awareness and resilience that real decision-making requires.
She holds a B.A. in International Relations from Wellesley College, a Master of Liberal Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Wharton.
Her work helps people look beneath the surface of their goals and patterns to understand the deeper forces shaping how they work, relate, choose, and move through periods of change. Through reflection, inquiry, and practical experimentation, she helps clients turn insight into greater agency: making choices that are more conscious, more intentional, and more fully their own.
LEAH GILLIS
Kabbalistic Astrologer & Dot Connector
Leah brings over two decades of experience in global journalism, interviewing world leaders and reporting from the center of some of the biggest news stories of our time, including as a producer for NBC Network News in New York and Head of News for The Africa Channel.
She has since read charts for clients around the world, including founders and executives at the top of their fields.
A Wesleyan University graduate fluent in four languages (including astrology charts), she has been in Paris for almost a decade, as well as Los Angeles, New York City, and Milan. Though be clear: her Boston hometown has her heart. She has studied Kabbalah and astrology for over 20 years with The Kabbalah Centre and is also a certified Reiki healer.
Her work translates ancient symbolic systems into practical, real-world guidance, helping people create a life they love and success as defined by them. “How do you know that? I feel like you looked inside my soul. I’ve never felt so seen,” are things she frequently hears in readings.

What’s the difference between this and a single reading?
A single reading gives you a map.
The Inner Atelier gives you the map and the support to actually live by it and work on the areas of concern particular to you.
Six sessions of depth coaching translate what surfaces in your chart into a plan for you to create real, lasting change.
Do I need to know anything about astrology first?
Nope.
Leah walks you through your chart in Session 1. No prior knowledge required.
What if I don’t have my exact birth time?
It isn’t required to begin. We’ll work with what you have, cuz that’s all the map you need!
Do I need to practice Kabbalah to do this work?
Not at all.
Kabbalah is a wisdom system and spiritual technology. Like meditation or learning a language, it isn’t reserved for one practice or background.
Every soul is included and welcome here.
What is depth coaching?
Depth coaching goes beneath surface-level goal-setting into the patterns, resistance, and unconscious material shaping your choices.
Rather than telling you what to do, Lauren helps you explore what’s actually driving you, so change comes from real understanding, not willpower alone.
What does a depth coaching session actually look like?
There isn’t a predetermined curriculum you’re expected to follow. We begin with what surfaced in your reading and what is happening in your life now, then follow the material that matters most.
Lauren may ask questions that help you slow down an assumption, notice a recurring pattern, explore resistance, make connections between experiences, or see a choice from a different angle. You might leave a session with something to reflect on, experiment with, pay attention to, or do differently before you meet again.
The goal isn’t endless introspection. It’s to understand yourself well enough that you have more choice in how you actually live.
How does working with both of you actually help me?
This is where our combined experience matters most.
Leah’s reading at the start gives you a full reading of your chart, drawn from over two decades studying Kabbalah and astrology and reading charts for people around the world.
Lauren spends six sessions helping you work with what the map reveals, drawing on two decades of experience helping founders, executives, and entrepreneurs navigate consequential decisions, transitions, uncertainty, and change.
Leah returns at the end look at where you chart is currently, and how to use the current sky to support integrating the changes you are making.
Most people get one or the other: a reading with no follow-through, or coaching with no deeper framework for why they keep repeating the same patterns.
Here, you get both, working together, built specifically around you.
How are sessions scheduled?
Sessions are scheduled individually with each of us, typically weekly or every other week, over roughly three months, paced around your life rather than a rigid calendar.
Is this therapy?
No. The Inner Atelier is a personal development and self-exploration experience, not a substitute for psychotherapy or clinical treatment.
If you’re currently working with a therapist, this can complement that work. It isn’t meant to replace it.
What happens after the eight sessions?
Many clients return for a six-month or yearly follow-up reading. Short-term coaching sessions are also possible to add on.
Others carry the work forward on their own.
We’ll talk about what’s next for you specifically in your closing session.
Is the Founding Client Rate temporary?
Yes.
$4,500 is available to our first 10 clients only. After that, the program moves to its standard rate of $6,500.
