You might find yourself traveling to these places for a vacation or work, but either way, I recommend adding them to your future to-do list—just like I have. Get ready to explore destinations that align with your personal travel dreams and astrological energy (and if you want your chart read book here)!
1. Ireland: Mystical Landscapes and Fairy-Tale Destinations
Ireland has long been on my to-visit list, and now I’ve found another gem to add to it! Adare Manor, a luxurious 5-star hotel, sits amidst beautiful grounds near a charming village that feels straight out of a fairy tale. With experiences like falconry, axe throwing, and things I’ve never heard of lol, Ireland offers an unforgettable blend of nature, history, and adventure. For those seeking a deeper connection with their surroundings, Ireland’s strong Celtic roots and rich spiritual history make it a perfect place for astrology lovers.
2. Waterholes Canyon, Arizona: Hidden Beauty and Natural Wonders
Arizona is home to some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the world. This incredible canyon is now on my radar, especially as it’s off the beaten path—away from the crowds. A visit here is perfect for anyone who wants to connect with nature in a tranquil, spiritual setting. Arizona’s desert landscape has long been a hotspot for astrology enthusiasts, and Waterholes Canyon is a serene location for quiet reflection under the stars. But a little heads-up: it’s spelled a few ways online, so double-check before you book!
3. Crazy Horse Memorial Volksmarch: A Spiritual Journey in South Dakota
If you’re into history, culture, and powerful monuments, the Crazy Horse Memorial is a must-visit. Located in South Dakota, this monumental sculpture – the world’s largest! – is considered the “8th Wonder of the World in progress.” (It’s only 70+ years behind schedule lol.) They have this amazing bi-annual march, called a Volksmarch. Read the piece and learn about the place and this word! Pay respects to Native American heritage and the great outdoors and if you’re an astrology and cultural enthusiast (which you obviously are), the site’s connection to ancestral energies and the land’s spiritual significance will captivate you.
4. Detroit, Michigan: Urban Culture and Hidden Gems
Detroit is often underestimated as a travel destination, but this underrated city is full of surprises. One unique gem? Little Venice, an area where you can kayak through scenic canals. Many locals didn’t even know about this! Detroit’s ever-evolving scene will inspire you to dig deeper into the city’s creative energy.
5. Massachusetts: Nature, Skiing, and Winter Fun
Now this one I wrote with nostalgia in my heart as I went when I was a kid growing up and actually had ski lessons here! There are many day trips to enjoy nature if you are in Boston, so do add this ski/snowboarding/snow tubing adventure spot to the list!
6. Texas: The Allure of Waco, Parisian Vibes, and Cozy Spaces
I never thought I’d visit Waco, Texas, but thanks to Chip and Joanna Gaines like many others I could actually see myself there. And if so, I’ll definitely stay at their Hotel 1928. They had me at Paris meets Texas.
7. Croatia: Astrological Adventures and Dreamy Destinations
I can’t believe I haven’t visited Croatia yet, but it’s high on my “get-to” list. Dubrovnik, with its magical Old Town, is one of Europe’s most picturesque locations. This beach cave? Sign me up!
8. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Literary History Comes Alive
One of Edgar Allan Poe’s homes is here, though it’s now his national historical site. Visit this legendary writer’s former residence, where he lived and penned some of his most famous works—maybe even found inspiration for his darkest tales!
